Ike’s journey began in Nebraska, where he was briefly cared for by another rescue group before making his way to Animal Ark in search of his forever home. When he arrived, poor Ike was in rough shape, with a swollen muzzle that turned out to be full of porcupine quills—ouch! But with lots of love, proper care, and some serious TLC, Ike made a full recovery and is now ready to find a family who will cherish him. Weighing about 50 pounds, Ike is a bundle of energy and the perfect companion for someone who loves the outdoors.
