MAX (FLORIDA)
Max is a sweet boy weighing 9.8 pounds. He is between 4-5 years old and is being fostered in Orlando, FL. Dogs being fostered in Florida must be adopted within the State of Florida.
Updated Bio 12-1-22: Max has settled in nicely in his foster home and continues to thrive. An epic cuddler, he is happiest when someone is home most of the time. He continues to make his foster mom laugh every day with his funny ways.
Max loves his walks, but he doesn't love our other dogs. While walking he will bark and lunge at them but can be redirected easily. Because of his reactivity, he needs to be an only dog.
There have been no potty accidents for a while, but he does require a fenced yard to reinforce his potty skills. He will play fetch for as long as someone throws his toy. He looks like a little wind-up toy when he runs!
Max's ideal home would be:
* An only dog
* Fenced-in Yard
* Having a parent who is home most of the day
* All children in the home must be over 12
* An activity family that will be able to take Max on daily walks

Updated Bio 10/30/22: Sweet Max went to his vet visit and he had his neuter and his dental. He did amazingly well and is now ready for his furever home. Although he tolerates other small dogs, he is not a fan of bigger dogs. Ideally, Max would love a home where he is the only dog. He is happy to cuddle up with foster mom and follow her around everywhere... Bathroom, laundry room, any room! A true Velcro pup.
He is fine alone for a little while but would love to have someone home most of the time. Max has been working really hard on his potty training and he is doing so much better. Max will need access to a fenced backyard so that he can continue his training to reinforce what he has learned so far. This happy boy has the cutest personality! He is so easy going and playful yet easily calmed.
