Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Woof! Woof! My name is Toto. I am only 3 years old (Scottish Terrier Boy) and weigh 5.2 kg. I was admitted to a high-kill shelter located in Ganghwa-do, Korea. Thankfully, I was rescued a couple of days prior to the day I was scheduled to be euthanized. Since this is a small town, they didn’t even know my breed. Thankfully, aunties at Joey & Bailey Foundation recognized me.
I once had a home but that was short-lived as I was no longer wanted by my so-called family. I am looking for a loving family who promises to love me forever.
I get along great with other dogs and kids. Cats? Don’t know who they are and what they are. I get very excited when I meet people since I was neglected in the past. The only thing I ask for is love and attention. I’m having a difficult time understanding why that is a challenge. I’m not asking for anything special, just love from people.
I am trained to potty indoors and prefer to go on long walks on a daily basis. I will need additional training on walking on the leash as I tend to pull. My energy level is moderate. I don’t have much experience being outside since I was stuck inside the indoor cage for a while. I’m looking for a pet parent who will understand my needs and help me get acclimated to the new environment.
Should you be interested in adopting me as your new family member, please fill out our adoption application on our site to be considered as potential adopters. We highly encourage you to read our FAQs page on our site.
PLEASE NOTE: All of our recently rescued dogs are currently fostered in Seoul, Korea by our volunteers. Our adoption process may be stricter than any other rescue organization as these rescued dogs are traveling over 5500 miles to be with their new permanent family.
You must be at least 25 years old to be considered an overseas adopter. For serious inquiries only. Please note, we monitor all pets after adoption. We prefer adopters that are active on any of the social media accounts. Thank you!
