Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cosmo, is a 8 month old, 48lbs male goldendoodle puppy. He is still slightly underweight. Now fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, heartworm & parasite free. Cosmo is housebroken, crate trained, good with larger dogs, good in car, still needs work on leash training. He can be shy at first around people. However is a complete cuddle bug, VERY affectionate, follows his foster mom everywhere, plus enjoys sleeping in bed between foster mom & dad. Cosmo NEEDS an adult home. MUST have a secure fenced in yard but CAN NOT be left alone outside unsupervised! Cosmo was rescued from a breeder after ingesting a large piece of astroturf. He could not keep food down due to an intestinal blockage, was vomiting, lethargic & unable to have a bowel movement. Cosmo needed emergency surgery to save his life. The surgery was a success! After 5 days on IV’s, Cosmo was still weak, slowly began to drink, gradually eating, plus going potty outside. Destiny for Dogs took immediate ownership to cover Cosmo’s major surgery medical expenses and aftercare. He is still very much a puppy, MUST be crated when not supervised! Cosmo will pick up & chew things that may be potentially hazardous. Cosmo is perfectly happy, healthy & whole thanks to our vets and his foster family. He needs a committed/devoted owner(s) to ensure that he is safe & secure from ingesting items that could be harmful.
Cosmo’s Foster Mom, advises “Cosmo loves toys, gets all of them out everyday & carries them around. He also loves the “doggy safe” chew toys and to carry around the stuffed animals (doesn't tear them up). He is very loyal, would love someone that stays home or works from home. He rarely barks, loves to run, get the zoomies outside, loves to give hugs & kisses.”
