This chonky girl is Poppi...a complete lovebug! Affectionate, playful, the perfect companion! She is well behaved in her room and her outside kennel. She enjoys playing with toys, likes treats and chews and wants all the love!! Poppi loves long walks and afterwards is ready to try and curl up in your lap for cuddles?
Good with kids, may be a bit much for younger kids because of her size and excitement at times. We've tried her with multiple dogs and this girl definitely prefers her hoomans over other pooches!! So, she needs to be the only dog in the home. She has done well with a few dogs meeting thru a kennel and is especially a happy girl when pups are kenneled beside her. She plays with them through the kennel while outside for the day, she seems to really enjoy herself, but typically, one on one with another pooch is not her thing. Poppi has now been with us at CCAS for over a year (Feb).
She was a chained dog, being starved, and made to breed...animal control seized her and brought her in.
