Looking for that perfect couch companion...the one that wants to snuggle beside you, watch movies, eat snacks with, listen to whatever is on your mind and will love you forever??...well Roman is your guy!!? People and dog friendly. Roman has been placed with multiple dogs and has been wonderful with them. They hang out together during the day in a kennel, and go out in the play yard together as well. Roman enjoys running around and playing with a pooch. He also enjoys walks and is great on leash.
Roman likes treats, chews and peanut butter. Roman is crate/potty trained. Such a sweet, well mannered boy...just looking for his furever couch?

*Roman has an old injury (gunshot) to his front leg that has healed. He uses the leg, but it is typically mild weight bearing with a limp. We were going to amputate but found out that he has decreased joint space and what looks to be a possible but stable injury/tear of his stifle (knee joint) So at this time, he is not a good candidate for amputation as he is dependent on the front leg because of the suspected tear in his back leg. We do have him on joint supplements, as that was recommended. His leg does not slow him down. Hoping Roman gets his second chance. Roman is also heartworm positive but we are currently using a slow kill method but we will treat him for heartworm prior to adoption.
