This cute little 6-7 year old Jack Russell is an energetic, lively dog, with pretty typical behavior for her breed. JRTs are high-energy dogs that often have a high prey drive, so they may not do well with other animals in the house. Smart, but stubborn, training can be challenging. Valentine did well with handling during her evaluation and did not show any signs of guarding. She has idiopathic megaesophagus which is well managed at the time without any medications. Any potential adopters will need to speak to our veterinarian prior to adoption.
