My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper`s foster parent told us: `Pepper is a sweetheart, who enjoys light back scratches and occasional belly rubs. She is curious about my work and enjoys accompanying me through my workday. She is playful and loving but also appreciates her alone time.`
Pepper`s favorite thing is playing with any yarn or string-related toys—she will chase them with all her passion and strength!
But she`s not so into: weightlifting. She prefers running, eating, and, mostly, sleeping.
Her special talents are: digging through all your Amazon packages!
Her perfect day would be: a light belly rub and some Temptation treats before sleeping.
If Pepper were an ice cream flavor, she would be: coffee -- the way she sleeps, she must have long work hours!
Important facts about Pepper:
Pepper is shy and takes some time to get comfortable with strangers. She has a history of biting from excessive petting or touching.
She prefers light scratches around her neck the most.
When you present your hand at first, she shows affection by rubbing her head against your fingers. However, this is not an invitation to pet her, especially if you are a stranger. Any excessive touching will agitate her, leading to a cute hiss and a possible bite.
She is very treats-motivated. If she bites, I recommend that you present a treat on your hand. She will eat it from your hand and gradually show more affection over time.
After about a week, she let me rub her belly lightly and give her a nice back scratch. If I`ve accidentally agitated her, she bites lightly instead - which is her way of showing comfort with me!
She is very playful when you are playing with her; otherwise, she is calm during her nap hours.
She enjoys being close to you while you are working. She will lie down on your desk while you work.
Pepper has not met children/cats/other dogs whilst in our car. Our team is happy to discuss these topics during your virtual appointment.

If you are interested in adopting Pepper, please sent an email to anonytil9@gmail.com to arrange a virtual meet and greet with the pet`s foster parent. You should receive a reply within 24-48 hours
