Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Indy!
This precious little girl is for sure going to put a smile on your face! From her adorable head tilt, to her goofy underbite, and her personality in general, she’ll keep you laughing all day long.
Indy was found on the mean streets of Houston, which is no place for any dog to be scrounging for food and shelter, let alone a little girl like her. Luckily an SOS post went out and fosters for Lola’s Lucky Day went out to set a trap for her. She was terrified and didn’t want to be approached by people, so it was safest to set the trap. She quickly discovered the yummy food in there and was contained! YAY! Right after that they discovered she was incredibly sweet and happy! She quickly adjusted in her foster home and is instant friends with any animal and human she meets!
She made her way to Wisconsin and has settled in her new foster home! Indy gets along great with dogs, cats, and children! She would do best in a home with another canine companion as she absolutely loves to play! Indy is also an escape artist, so needs to be monitored outside as she will dig to get out of a fenced yard. She will be your best snuggle buddy and loves to play with toys!
**Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered.
Wisconsin applications are priority, but Illinois applications will be considered if no small children are present in the home, the home is owned, and excellent vet reference can be provided. We cannot process applications from other states.
Adoption fee is $350 unless otherwise noted above.
Puppies under 1 year of age accept application for families with children over 6 years of age for large breeds and over 8 years of age for small breeds. Since they are still puppies, dogs under 1 will require a basic obedience and puppy training class, and spay/neuter at the owners expense.
