Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Thank you for your interest in adopting.
Misty is a 16 pound female Alabama mixed breed, who came into rescue with a litter of puppies. Probably her first litter. We have no information on her background or her parents so we do not know what is in her DNA. We estimate her at two years old and she weighs 16 pounds.
Misty has lived in a foster home with multiple dogs at various sizes. She is not suitable for a home with cats. She is house and crate trained and only uses her crate at night with the door open. We believe that Misty was loved before she came into rescue, that she slept in someone’s bed, and that she would sit in someone’s lap, because these are the traits that she has displayed in rescue. She is good on a leash. She seems to enjoy riding in the car.
We prefer a home for Misty with another playful dog. She initiates play every day with dogs in her foster home, dogs that would not normally play.
$250 adoption fee
Misty is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, receiving flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
Serious adopters should fill out the application online and someone will be in touch with you.
