My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ariel! This sweet girl is about 4.5 months old and ready to join your family in the PNW.

Ariel and her Mermaid siblings had a rough start, they were found abandoned and all alone in a garbage pile outside of Todos Santos Mexico. The first week we had them we found out the whole litter had parvo and a very contagious fungus, honestly we were not sure these pups were going to make it. But they pulled through, after 2 months of quarantine and daily baths these sweet puppies were ready to move to our shelter where they have been growing and thriving ever since.
Currently Ariel is spending her days lounging in the sun and playing with her siblings. She is growing up into a tall leaner dog, and has totally recovered from parvo and the fungus infections she had at intake. This gal is strong willed and loves to play! Due to so much time in quarantine they are still working on learning social cues from other dogs, so we are recommending families with dogs who are going to be okay tolerating a new puppy and teaching them how to act. The mermaid litter is only about 4.5 months old we estimate, and they are at the perfect age to start their training.
Ariel is currently ready to go to the PNW if we can find her a foster or ideally her perfect forever home. All of our dogs can be brought to their new homes typically within 10 - 15 days after adoption if they are located in Baja currently.
Ariel's adoption fee for Oregon, Washington, or California is $450USD.This helps us cover most of her vet and care costs incurred in Mexico, and the transport fee to bring our pups over 1,500 miles to the PNW. All our dogs come spay or neutered, with all theirs shots for the year, and have had multiple blood tests done prior to entering the USA from Mexico.
