Hello, my name is Grace. I am the very best dog: a big girl with a big heart. I weigh about 95 lbs. and my best guess is that I’m 5 years old. Originally I’m from New Mexico but I love the greener pastures of Colorado. I’m very friendly and easy going, and I love to be petted. I LOVE kids! I get along with most other dogs and am great with cats and other critters as well. Usually I’m a low to medium energy dog but sometimes I get the zoomies! I love chew toys like Benebones and antlers. My favorite hobby is riding in the car, I totally love it. Home life is good, but I need to get my nose in the fresh air too. I love walks and am a great hiking buddy. As a Great Pyrenees/Lab mix, I am an independent and intelligent dog. I can open doors and scale pet gates for example, if I think it is necessary, but usually am too laid back for it. I’m not off leash material, unless you like to run after me for miles (let’s see who is the fastest hahaha). At night I could sleep in a crate, but at my foster home I prefer a nice dog bed in the bedroom. I’m no trouble whatsoever and sleep through the night after some mandatory cuddling. I’m house trained and leash trained, and am very well behaved in the house. I don’t bark much except when I think I really need to warn you. I’m a fan of open spaces, and am looking for a small town, rural or mountain home. I need a decent size fenced yard. I am a very sweet and affectionate dog, looking for a family that will give me a home for life and has time to love on me.
