Meet Skarlet - She is looking for her "Holiday" chance!

Socializing a dog from an early age is so important, but Skarlet didn't receive it. As a result, Skarlet is a scared little sweetheart. But given a chance, she loves to play and snuggle with her people.

Skarlet is nine years old, weighs eleven pounds, and wants so much to be loved. She prefers women, maybe their softer voice and hands? But once she trusts you, she is very sweet and loves playing and snuggling. It's as simple as letting her come to you rather than stretching out to reach her.

Skarlet’s perfect home would be an adult female home with the experience, time, and patience to help an unsocialized dog.

Skarlet is fine with other small, submissive dogs, and she will make the absolute best companion for someone looking for that companionship.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt and a member of our Adoption Team will contact you for an interview.

2.
Meet the Pet

Our pets are located in foster homes. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster family.

3.
Home Check

The foster family will do a brief home visit to ensure that it's a perfect match between family & pet!

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees range from $50 - $150 for cats and $150 - $300 for dogs. Specials and discounts may apply.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Our team is available for support and referrals post adoption if you need it!

We ask that all pets and family members meet your potential new pet so that everyone can be sure they are the right fit!

Puppies and kittens under 4 months may only be adopted locally. Fully vetted and altered pets may be adopted out of state.
