Meet the newest member of Dane Haven, Dewey Draeco. Dewey is a sweet 9-month-old puppy. He came into rescue not of his fault of his own, found abandoned at a dog park. Dewey is a young puppy and still needs some training and guidance. He is a quick learner and likes to please. Dewey is potty trained, has done well with small and large dogs. Dewy does well with cats and ignores the chickens. Dewy knows some basic commands and is still learning. Dewey walks well on a leash. He enjoys playing with toys and his favorite is tug war. Dewy is looking for my forever family that is able to give him lots love and in return he will love you unconditionally. More about this rescue

Dane Haven, Inc. is a non-profit organization that has been formed by volunteers whose love for the Great Dane breed has lead them to assist Danes that have been neglected, abused, abandoned or owner-surrendered. This volunteer group has owned and worked with Great Danes on an individual level for a number of years, as well as having worked with other rescues. Danes that come into our rescue are fostered in the volunteers’ homes until a permanent family comes along.
