Godessa is ready for adoption!

This senior Yorkie was dropped off with us as a surrender a while back - the previous owners did not mention that she was lacking her lower jaw.

The vet told us Godessa's jaw likely receeded and eventually disappeared completely due to severe teeth rot.

Let's not go into the excruciating pain she must have lived through - the important part is that she is here with us now, and ready to find her new home!

Our groomer got this old lady fixed up, and she is feeling better than ever!

It is HARD to feed Godessa. She pretends as if she is full, but at 4.8 pounds and with ribs showing, she isn't convincing.

Godessa likes all dogs, and does not mind a big family. She needs to both graze on food, and have separate feeding time where food is monitored - which is the main consideration.

Godessa's vision and hearing is ok, her mobility is great, and she loves all people and allows all handling.

Again, you must be ok with insistently feeding wet food with your hands and getting slobbered on - at least until she has gained weight.

Available as a foster to adopt immediately, come grab her!
Included in the adoption fee of $275 is up to date vaccines and dewormer, microchip and spay surgery if she gains enough weight to undergo anesthesia.
