My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tulip is a bichon frise and shih zhu mix. He is 7 months old and full of energy. He is very loving and attentive and enjoys being with the family. Tulip and our cat love playing together, but if you have a cat your results may vary. Our son however is afraid of the dog and cries nearly every time Tulip gets close. The dog never attacks or bites him, just being nearby is enough. It’s been seven months and we thought he would learn that Tulip is a good dog that would never hurt him, but that is not the case. Tulip enjoys being indoors with the family, but doesn’t seem to like outside much. We’ve taken him on outings many times with mixed results. Sometimes he will walk the leash just fine for the most part, other times he won’t move at all and just sit. He’s also never used the bathroom outside, despite repeated attempts. I guess we are not good at training. He will hold his business until he’s back inside on the pad.

Please give Tulip a better home where he can thrive and grow.
