If you want a fun, little companion who loves being the center of attention at yappy hours, Toby is a handsome boy to consider. Toby was found as a stray with a dislocated hip. He had a fermoral head ostectomy and has fully recovered and loves going on walks. He is very sweet, but can rarely be reactive due to some anxiety. As he develops trust with a new person, his anxiety dissipates, but he does need an experienced adopter and he would not do well with young children.
