My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Emma! I don’t want to brag, but I just may be the perfect dog. I’m a four-year-old female chihuahua, fully vetted, vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on heartworm medication. My previous owner passed away, and now I’m looking for a new family to love.

I’m 100% friendly–I get along fine with kids, cats, and other dogs. When I’m happy I roll over for a belly rub, which makes me even happier! Tearing the stuffing out of toys also makes me happy, along with playing fetch and going on walks. I’m great on a leash! I’m crate trained and have never had an accident in the house.

I’m a very quiet dog…unless I’m whining to get up in your lap! I love to snuggle, and will even share your lap with furry siblings if I must. I don’t really like playing with other dogs, but I’m not aggressive and will just give a warning snap if they get on my nerves. I don’t think I’d like to be around puppies though–too playful!

With my calm, sweet disposition, I know I’ll make a great dog for another lucky human. Think you might be the one? Fill out the application right away!
