LittleMan was surrendered by his owner when she was preparing to undergo major surgery and witnessed her mom being 'less than kind' to little dog.  

He has nasty skin, and needs anti-fungal medicated baths 3x a week!  He's not a fan of having his nails trimmed or his face washed.

This poor baby has been neglected every day of his life.
