Moe is a lovable 3-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix who is ready to bring joy and energy into your life! This sweet boy has a heart of gold and absolutely loves people. Whether you`re lounging on the couch or out for a walk, Moe is the perfect companion to keep you company and add some fun to your day.

Moe gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playtime with his furry friends, so if you have another dog at home, he’s sure to be a great addition to the family! He’s also good with cats, making him a versatile choice for a variety of households.

While Moe adores people, he’d prefer to live in a home without small children. He’s best suited for a calm environment where he can enjoy his daily walks and playtime without the hustle and bustle of little ones.

Submit Application

Interview

Macomb County Animal Control will verify proper preventative care history of past/current pets and verify home ownership/review a pet policy

3.
Approve Application

Once an application is approved the adoption coordinator will schedule a time with the applicant/family to meet the pet.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If a meet-and-greet is successful the family has an opportunity to finalize the adoption.

5.
Pay Fee

Each pet has an established adoption fee and payment can be accepted in the form of credit/debit, check or cash.

6.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

Fees very depending on age, animal, breed, etc. Fees vary and are established by the county to help offset medical and care expenses.

You are required to fill out an adoption application that is subject to review. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason. If you would like to adopt and dog and already have a dog/s, please bring your dog/s with you so we can make sure the dogs get along. If you rent your home, live in a condo or mobile home community, please bring proof that you are allowed to have pets.
