My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cooper, a young feline resident of our shelter. He may be a little shy at first, but don`t let his initial timidity fool you. Cooper is as friendly as they come, quickly warming up to anyone who takes the time to get to know him. He`s a sweet soul, always ready to show his affectionate side once he feels comfortable. Cooper`s gentle nature makes him an ideal companion, a cat who will bring a sense of calm and tranquility to any home. His endearing personality is the perfect blend of playful and peaceful. Cooper would make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a feline friend who is both loving and lovable. Adopt Cooper and fill your life with sweetness and friendship.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
