Hi, my name is Libby. I was living outside with many other cats. A nice man was feeding and taking care of us until we could find a safe place to find a forever home. I was shy and scared when I first came to OBARR, but I am feeling more relaxed every day. I am learning to like being held and cuddled. I would probably enjoy a home with older children. I seem to get along with most cats, but I don't think I have ever met a dog, but a cat friendly home should be fine. I have been vaccinationed, dewormed, and flea treated. The adoption fee of $175.00 for dogs and $125.00 for puppies altered this fee is non refundable if the pet is returned. At this time cats/kittens is $60.00 with the same procedure as the dogs and puppies. We work very hard to place our pets in the most suitable homes knowing that the pet will have a forever family.
