Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Joys story is not a pretty one but she’s a survivor so it’s an amazing story!!!!
PLEASE READ!!!
Joy lived on land and killed some chickens. Her owner tied her leg to a rope and the other end of the rope to his truck, and drug her behind him while he drove. She was so broken and hurt. It took her a year for her skin to heal from the road rash because you could literally see her tendons/muscle/bone. It was horrific. Her prognosis was not good but she did it! She survived!! Her front leg is forever lame so she has a limp but that doesn’t stop her. She loves to run and play fetch. Our vet says as long as she uses her leg some times that we need to leave it alone. There is also a place on her side where hair will never grow back. Some might consider her special needs but she definitely doesn’t think so :)
Some dogs come by their names naturally! Joy is JOY!! She is crate trained, and good on a leash
She has the biggest smile! She runs with the best of them until she tires out. Joy is looking for a quiet place to rest and relax
She's so pretty- You have to see her in person!!
