Prime Rib's story:
Prime Rib was seen roaming on our property, so we set up a humane trap and were able to rescue her. Prime Rib was extremely stressed when she came into our care, and based off her behavior, we don't believe she has had much contact with humans. We are so thankful we caught her before winter came!
Since being with us, she has become more comfortable living inside, and is seen hiding less and less. She is currently the only long-haired cat that we have, and has a gorgeous tuxedo coat. Some of her favorite things to do are look out her window and watch staff/volunteers walk by. She will even meow 'hello' sometimes! We are hopeful with a patient owner, Prime will blossom into a social butterfly!
