My husband found him hiding behind a convenient store. We had posted him all over the place to see if his owner come forward but nothing. The apartment we live doesn't let us have any pets with is very sad.

We named him sparky, he seems to be a puppy. He likes to sleep and play. He is house trained and even when he does need to go outside he will sit in front of the door to pretty much let you know.
