Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tony is a 2.5 year old, 14-pound Pomeranian mix, neutered male. Microchipped, current on shots, housetrained, crate trained, and good with behavior (sit, stay/wait, down, come, leave it, shake hands).
He's playful, affectionate, curious, smart, and funny. He's a rescue, so the SPCA didn't know a lot about his personality and thought he might do well in a quiet one-person home. But he's a high-energy social butterfly who loves romping at the dog park, running top speed at the beach, and lots of lap time.
He would do best in a home with more than one person to play with him, and a yard would be a big plus. He would be a great second dog, too. Probably too rambunctious for a home with cats or little kids. He sometimes shows guarding behaviors (doesn’t like to share food) and he needs gentleness and patience with grooming, so an experienced dog person would be best.
I'm rehoming him because I don't have space in my small apartment to play with him as much as he needs to be happy.
