Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Clara was one of 12 rabbits that we took in during a single month this year during ‘Easter bunny dumping season’. Clara and her sister were dumped in a neighborhood when they were no longer wanted. Both were extremely thin with their bone structure showing through their fur. Initially, we tried to house them together for their comfort, but Clara’s sister was very possessive of the food, which happens in cases where they’ve gone without for so long. Clara (and her sister) have thrived in separate cages with all the food they need all the time. They are both healthy rabbits now.

Clara is a playful rabbit who loves attention. It’s hard to clean her cage without her hopping out and playing hide and seek with us. She doesn’t run off and hide. She is literally playing a game with us. If we don’t search for her, she will run right past us and pop into another area to wait for us to come find her. She doesn’t mind being caught as long as she gets some snuggles! She wants to be an interactive rabbit with her people. She will make you laugh at her silly bunny antics! This is a bunny who would love to learn some bunny tricks in order to be able to interact with her people. She is a well behaved bunny who is ready for her permanent home.

Clara’s cage sits up against Paan Yo’s cage. The two seem to be friends between the wires. If an adopter were interested in a set of bunnies, I think these two could be bonded. (Paan Yo always runs over to Clara’s area while her own is being cleaned. Clara just wants to run around the room while her area is being cleaned! Lol!)

Currently in foster care in Laurens but we can make arrangements for him to be seen in the Greenville or Columbia areas for approved adopters as needed.
