My name is Penelope. I was found wandering the streets. I am super friendly and someone was nice enough to get me fixed but they put me back outside! Luckily someone else saw how nice and sweet and I am brought me to this rescue! They brought me up to date with my vaccines, dewormed me and tested me :) I love to be pet and spend the day on your lap or cuddling. I am between 2-4 years old, up to date, spayed and ready for my new forever home!
