Dolce is another of the 15 dogs surrendered when their owner was evicted. She could pass for a Peke or Tibetan spaniel, but she’s actually a Shih tzu/fox terrier combo. Genetics 🧬 are weird 🤷‍♀️

She’s 2 1/2 years old and about 20lbs, with a plush flowing coat and the most soulful 👀. She was very nervous and timid at first but it settling in nicely and especially loving meeting new doggie friends. She’s been spayed, updated on shots, and except for some minor mats and a gross urine coating was in pretty good shape overall. She’s doing excellent with housebreaking in her foster and follows the rest of the crew out into a fenced yard to go to the bathroom, but will likely need some work in a new home getting on a schedule. She must go to a home with at least one other doggie friend in the household to help her feel comfortable, or can be adopted in a pair with one of her housemates.
