Beau, a 1-2 year old Aussie mix with a tail, is ready to find a home and person of his very own. He came to us with very little manners but has learned some such as no jumping, sit and down. We are working on stay and wait currently. Beau is a loving boy that has been friendly and happy to all people including strangers (so probably not a great watch dog) and children (he is on the mouthy side so we won’t be placing him in a home with children). Beau was adopted and returned due to a resource guarding issue which we have been working on. He is fully vetted, walks well on a leash, crate trained and potty trained. Beau has been good with other dogs and puppies. We were told he was good with cats but are not sure if that is actually the case. If you’re looking for a sweet boy that would like to walk, run or hike with you please consider Beautiful Beau.
Please no apartments, condos, or mobile home parks. A home check is required. Yolo County adopters preferred, but will consider other locations. If you are more than 100 miles away from Yolo County please be aware that there may be a small additional expense associated with travel cost.
No out of state adoptions. Adoption fees are non-negotiable.

*Vetting includes: Neuter/spay, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, heartworm test, flea preventative, heart worm preventative (including the remainder of their 6-month supply), and any other necessary vet care.
