My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oreo is a 6 month old Chihuahua/ Dachshund Mix Puppy. She is Spayed. Puppy pad and doggy door trained. She is up to date on all vaccines and medical. She is special needs and will need a experienced adopter. She is good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Oreo is what we like to call "a puppy who bounces to the beat of her own drum". She is definitely a character. She is the cutest, sweetest, most joyful puppy. She is super friendly and absolutely loves to be cuddled and played with. She bounces all the time and she enjoys when there is music playing. She loves her stuffed animals and playing with the other puppies. She likes big comfy dog beds and pillows. She enjoys going outside and sun-bathing. She gets so happy and excited when you talk to her, she definitely makes you laugh and will always bring a smile to your face, she likes to bop around and sticks her tongue out at you. She just wants someone to love her, care for her, and to give her the time and patience she needs. She warms up to you pretty quickly and absolutely loves everybody.

As stated before she is a special needs puppy, which means she went through some unfortunate circumstances with her health that caused her to develop a condition called "Myoclonus" (Muscle Contraction Disease). She has recovered beautifully from it but it left behind some side effects, including, body and muscle twitching when she sleeps, and when she is awake. She bounces and bops around all the time. It has not stopped her what so ever, she is still so happy and playful and cares so much. She just needs someone to give her the time and love she fully deserves and to love her for who she is flaws and all.
