My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Crocus is a 6 month old Cocker Spaniel/ Australian Shepherd Mix. He is black and Tan and he has the cutest little cowlick down the back of his neck.
He is Neutered, puppy pad, and doggy door trained. Crocus is up to date in vaccinations and all medical.

Crocus loves kids, enjoys the company of other dogs, and is good with cats. He is the absolute cutest and sweetest thing ever. He absolutely loves to talk and see you everyday, he doesn't ask for a lot of attention but he appreciates every little bit he can get from you. He would be perfectly happy just being in the same room as you while you do your own daily stuff. He is a little shy and can be nervous when you first meet him, he takes time and needs some patience. He puts a lot of trust in you once he is comfortable with you and he wants to trust and believe you will love him for him and will give him the best life he deserves. He loves his blankets and doggy beds. Loves to play with his stuffed animals, balls, and likes to splash around in the water.

Important things to know about Crocus is that he is special needs and went through some unfortunate circumstances with his health that caused him to develop a condition called "Myoclonus" (Muscle Contraction Disease). He has recovered wonderfully from it but it left behind some small side effects which causes him to have body and muscle twitches when he sleeps and when he is resting. He doesn't let it slow him down, He never asks for much, all he wants in this world is to be accepted for how he is and wants someone who will give him a chance and not give up on him.
