Let’s give a warm welcome to Willis! This sweetheart is only about 9 months old. He is a Chiba (chihuahua x basset hound) from Arkansas. Willis is very sweet, but he is a bit shy with new people so he needs a little time to warm up to you. Once he trusts you, Willis is very affectionate! He can’t wait to find his pawfect people!

Willis is doing very well in foster care and coming out of his shell. He's more trusting and realizes he's safe and not going to be hurt.
