Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abby lost her way in June 2022. Everyone at the shelter thought for sure someone would come looking for her, since she was such a good girl. Guessed to be around 5, house broken, crate trained and a total sweetheart.
Month after month went by and no one came.
The shelter staff decided to name her Abby, and she soon became a shelter favorite but as dogs came and went, she continued to wait.
Is it her black coat with grey sprinkles that turned people away, or is it her slight under bite? Maybe, it’s because even though she might be an older looking pup with lots of energy that confuses pets old.
Abby is now spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.
Must have a secure fenced in yard. If given the opportunity to run, she will.
Loves playing ball.
Her adoption fee is only $75 and will also include a new collar, walking east walk harness & leash.
If you would like to make this girl forever happy with a family that won’t abandon her in her senior years , go to www.rusticrovertn.com and apply under forms.
Abby is great with other dogs, both large & small. However, she doesn’t like other dogs jumping in her.
