Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Available for Adoption Now - ‘Coco’

Due to unforeseen circumstances, a local couple has had to make the difficult decision to re-home their Cavapoo puppy, and they have asked Spark Rescue to handle the adoption and find ‘Coco’ the perfect home. PLEASE NOTE: Adopter MUST live in the greater Santa Barbara area (Santa Barbara/Goleta/Carpinteria) and agree to have Coco spayed by their personal veterinarian at adopter’s expense when Coco turns six months of age (the third week of December) - Spark Rescue will require a $1000 ‘spay deposit’ at time of adoption, which will be returned in full once proof of spay surgery is provided.

More about ‘Coco’ . . . Coco is a three month old ‘Cavapoo’ - a cross between a Mini Poodle and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Coco currently weights just over 4.5 lbs. and is expected to weigh approx. 14 lbs. when fully grown.

Coco is currently staying with one of our fosters who tells us Coco is "beyond adorable" and that she fits the text-book description of a Cavapoo to a ’T’ - “Cavapoos make for great family pets and are known for their affectionate and friendly nature. They love human interaction and enjoy romping around and playing. Cavapoos are extremely adaptable and get on well with children and other pets”.

Coco’s foster, who has been raising/training dogs for over three decades, does add that Coco is “a very active and confident young puppy who will require plenty of attention, exercise, and activities (through puppyhood and beyond) to keep her happy and occupied, and will need an adopter with plenty of time and energy to meet those needs” (puppies can be a lot of work!) Coco also loves the company of other dogs, and would do very well with another size-appropriate playful dog with the patience and tolerance for puppy antics.

Coco has all her vaccination and health records (excellent health), and has been socialized with children and dogs since birth. Coco has been doing very well with her house-manners training, and is well on her way to being fully housebroken.

Due to Coco’s high desirability, her adoption fee is set at $1500 with all proceeds going to our medical fund to help our other dogs requiring medical care.
