My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Okay we have a small red min pin/ dachshund mix that needs to have surgery. We believe he was hit by a car possibly. We are looking for help to get his toes amputated. The cost is approx $300.00. He is only 6 months old . He is very sweet. He also needs a forever home. I will post a picture as soon as I get it any help anyone can give him is greatly appreciated.

(He had the sugery yesterday/Sat.)

Lucky for him the Animal Shelter employees got there before it was too late. After TLC and our excellent Vet services, he has been released with all 4 legs. He loves to play and gets along with all his foster friends. Excellent temperment !

(Update on Copper. His new name is Lefty(because our amazing vet left his leg and fixed him up). He is doing wonderful in foster care and his playmate is another MinPin. He is ready to join a forever family, but needs regular check ups to insure proper healing.)
