Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Casper is an emergency rescue that was abandoned at a construction site by a backyard breeder in 100 degree heat. Casper has made a full recovery. He is only 6 weeks old and 3.4 pounds so he won’t be available until the end of September and will be neutered prior to adoption.
