My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepper's favorite thing is being curled up in someone's lap. She also really enjoys belly rubs and her stuffed animals. It's really fun watching her do doggy crazies all over the yard. She's fine with women but she is weary of some men. She was a victim of neglect and was in a horrible condition when she arrived at Animal Control. She has been an excellent patient and has been getting daily medicated shampoo baths, numerous medications twice daily and lots of love from our rescue. Her hair has grown in beautifully and she's become gorgeous young lady. She enjoys tearing up paper bags and boxes, rolling upside down in her bed and giving little kisses on your nose. I think she would be best as an only dog or with a large dog.. I'm not sure why the two of them don't get along. But she gets along with everybody else. I don't know how she would be around cats. No children for her. She is spayed, weighs 9 lb, is about 3 years old, microchipped, housebroken, current on her shots and her adoption fee is $300.
