My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

I am a big lovebug. I wag my tail so much at events, waiting for people to love me. I was surrendered due to divorce, and I don't understand why. I love to be around people. I'm living out my senior years in a foster home, which is very sad for me.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The Process:
Our rescues are cared for in foster homes until they are vet checked, able to be spay /neuter, microchipped and current on all vaccines. Once a clean bill of health is given, then the adoption process begins.

Adopting:
Every potential adopter regardless of age, sex, race, creed or religion will be required to fill out an application. All applications will be reviewed by an experienced Adoption Counselor to determine if the best interests of the animal are met. Once the ideal adopter is found, he/she will be given the opportunity to become a part of the animal's life.

More about this rescue

A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue was
established by a group of dedicated volunteers as the result of the need for special rescue.

The ALL VOLUNTEER, non-profit animal rescue group is dedicated to saving the lives of unwanted pregnant dogs, and cats. Due to the fact that these unwanted pets require more attention than the single adult animal, they're usually euthanized by shelters more frequently than the rest of the other homeless animals. Our pets are generally fostered in our volunteers homes. Foster homes are ALWAYS needed!!!
