My story

SO. MUCH. CUTENESS.

These precious babies came to us from the desert hoarding situation of 150+ dogs. They have been through so much. We know for a fact that they deserve the very best homes.

All dogs have been fully examined, vaccinated microchipped, and altered. The dogs with an asterisk * have received full dental work as well. Booster vaccines are required when due in two weeks. All ages are very approximate. We do not know their exact breeds. All dogs are dog and cat friendly. We would like to see Oasis + Acacia go together and Mesa + Gilbert go together.

When filling out an application, please be sure to specify which dog you are interested in. If you have no specific preference, you can select "Desert Dogs - Any" from the drop down menu. Regardless of who you apply for, please know that we will only place each animal with the home that we feel is the perfect for them. We do not operate on a first come, first serve basis.

Please also understand that we have a very small team of volunteers running this entire rescue. Due to the volume of applications we are receiving, please be patient with us. We will reach out to you only if we think you might be the right fit. We just do not have enough hours in the day to call every app we receive.
