Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This guy has settled right into his foster home! At some point in his life, he was hit by a car. He had a human(s) that loved him- they got him a cart and a nice body suit for inside to protect his legs so he can have a cart break. Circumstances changed and they were no longer able to care for him so we were able to step in and pull him from a local shelter partner. He’s basically everything friendly. He gets around well!
Leo is potty trained! Yes even poop! He just walks and it kinda falls. (TMI?)
His foster fam notes getting him in the chair is a process, but each time it’s easier and they really think it’s more them learning how.
Unless he’s outside or foster fam knows he will be mobile for a while he’s NOT in his chair. He can’t lay down in it so he needs breaks.
He can’t use his back legs, but we think he can feel them. More to come after he sees our vet.
He can wag his tail! And is a really happy dog.
His cart and body suit will go with him to his forever home.
