Meet Marco! Marco is a gorgeous 5 - 6 year old Aussie shepherd, we believe, who found himself at a shelter looking for a second chance. Marco is a reserved guy but definitely has bouts of puppy-like energy. He loves exploring the backyard and napping in the sunshine. He is comfortable in his kennel and loves his pillow bed. At night he happily sleeps in his play area. He's not much of a barker but does like to chat - he definitely gets his point across. Marco is house trained, prefers to eat his breakfast out of a kong - otherwise he eats too fast, loves any bacon flavored treat you'll offer, and is starting to learn how to be more relaxed on a leash. Marco is great with the other dog in his foster home so should do fine with other agreeable dogs; cats are an unknown. Things to work on...Marco has been known to try and counter-surf, and has a habit of tilting when he peeps hitting his front paws - it's an aim thing. Other than that, he's perfect. He's looking for a loving home to call his own.
