Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Saucy is a dilute calico kitty that was found wondering the streets all alone. A concerned neighbor found her and brought her to the Refuge. She is a little shy but she is learning to to trust all the new volunteers and kitties she has met at the Refuge. Make an appointment to visit the Refuge and meet Saucy and her friends and see if she or one of her friends is the right kitty for you!

1) Complete our online adoption application: Visit www.goathouserefuge.org/adoption-application/ to get started!
2) Come for a Visit: We are open 11am - 3 PM Saturday and Sunday. Fridays are by appointment.
3) Complete a home visit: Once you confirm that you've visited in person with the cat(s) of interest and completed the online application, your responses will be reviewed by the refuge staff so that a volunteer member of our home visit team can contact you to schedule a visit. Only after a representative of the refuge has visited the applicant's home will the refuge consider continuing with the adoption process.

Siglinda Scarpa is a potter and a sculpter who owns 3 acres of fenced-in property in which she houses up to 258 homeless cats.The Refuge is a sanctuary for these cats, who never have to leave, but if they are adoptable, the cats are posted on our website and taken to adoption events in the community. The more cats that we find homes for, the more cats we can rescue.
