My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Darby was found injured and bleeding in a dumpster at an apartment complex by some employees. She was taken to Noah's on Millersville Road where they diagnosed her with "blunt force trauma" to the nose. Her nose was torn, and her upper front teeth knocked out. She was treated and then sent to IACS where she didn't do so well. She then came to Chihuahua Rescue; she's definitely happier in a private home.
It takes Darby a minute to get to know new people. She's not too trusting until she does know you. Understandably she's not too happy with strangers trying to get near her face.
We are working to help her heal, get her shots up to date, get her spayed etc. It will be a while before she's ready to be adopted

Darby is healed and has fit in very well at her foster's house!
