Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Barks and Meows introduces Cowboy. He is a red heeler and is estimated to be 3 years old. He has a medium-length soft coat. He spent over 500 days in the shelter awaiting the conviction of his owners accused of animal and human abuse. Cowboy is an adorable boy who loves being around his family and other dogs. He was good with his foster's cats in Kentucky. He has great recall and enjoys playing outside. Cowboy is fed twice daily and does not require crating. He is housebroken and a good boy for his bath. Cowboy rides well in the vehicle. He will require leash training as he has had free roam throughout his life. Cowboy takes treats gently and has learned not to jump up on his foster family. He sleeps on a couch at nighttime. This boy is nice and quiet and not a barker in the foster home. Cowboy is neutered, up to date with vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and on heartworm flea tick prevention. A fully fenced yard and a Veterinarian History of Compliance are mandatory to apply for our Cowboy.
