Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
COURTESY POST - CONTACT INFO IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BIO
This is Gracie. She is Charlotte, North Carolina. Her owner passed away unexpectedly, and his niece is looking for a forever home for her. She is a 1.5 year old Aussie-Mix.
From the owner’s niece:
My uncle had recently (December) adopted her from a young lady who could not care for her, so she has had two homes in her short life. She is a country dog, lives mostly outdoors, but was loved and cared for.
She is well socialized with people and with other dogs. Weeks after my uncle passed, Gracie (to my surprise) gave birth to 9 puppies. I have found good homes for the 9 puppies but have had less luck finding a forever home for Momma.
She has been absolutely wonderful around my 4 year old niece and 7 yearr old nephew. They are very hands on with her and the puppies daily. She absolutely loves people and affection. Every time someone comes to see the puppies she is right in the middle for cuddles too. I do not know about cats, she has not been exposed to them.
I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. My sister lives in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, and my Uncle lived in Shelby, North Carolina. Gracie and the puppies have split time between my sister and I, since my Uncle passed.
Gracie has been training on an invisible fence and is doing very well on it. She plays in the yard by day and goes into the kennel with her pups by night. She eats well, hasn’t shown any food aggression. Walks pretty well on a leash for a country dog. Knows the sit command. She is not a jumper. Her puppies are fully weened and going to forever homes this week and next. She was a very, very good momma.
I really want to honor my uncle. I just need some help.
