My name is Chewbacca and I am currently living in a foster home near Lake Mills, Wisconsin. I am approximately 6 years old and weigh about 13 lbs. I was surrendered to the rescue because my mom had cats and I started to want them. I was fostered in Texas with dogs of all shapes and sizes and I have done well with everyone. Chewbacca (he answers to Chewie) is a sweet little guy. He is quiet and has been very well behaved. He will sleep through the night in his kennel but likes to sleep in the bed if you will let him. He has learned to use the dog door in his foster home in TX.

Hi Foster mom in Wisconsin here and Chewie is a darling cuddly gentle boy. His affection and eye contact are very endearing. Lovable is an understatement. He likes walks or lazing in your lap or his crate. He looks like a the model for a toy animal. Sweetness in his personality are irresistible.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
