Hello there! My name is Sandy, and I’m the sweet and sensitive pup you’ve been waiting for. I bring a little bit of joy to each day, and I like to start my mornings with some silly yoga stretches—who doesn’t love a good stretch? I thrive on the affection of my favorite humans and will happily follow you around, soaking up every moment together. There’s nothing that makes me happier than being near the people I adore! I might be a little shy at first, but with a sprinkle of patience and some gentle encouragement, I quickly blossom into a loving companion. My heart belongs to squeaky toys and cozy blankets; they provide me with a sense of security that I cherish.  When it comes to furry friends, I do best with calmer dogs. If you already have pets at home, I’d love the chance for a meet-and-greet to ensure we can become the best of buddies.  While I have a wonderful bond with the shelter staff and volunteers, my biggest dream is to find a loving family to call my own.
