Cleo is a female Australian Cattle Dog aka Blue Heeler. She is 4 years old and she weighs 40 pounds. Cleo is spayed and fully vaccinated including rabies. She's heartworm negative and receiving monthly heartworm preventive. Cleo is ready for adoption.
Cleo is a gentle, well-behaved lady. She may weigh 40 pounds but she lives in the house like a small dog, fitting in well with friends under 20 pounds and minding her manners. Cleo knows her name and comes when called. She is people and dog friendly. Cleo plays and is active but is not high-energy at all. She is very affectionate, loving belly rubs and rump scratches. Cleo walks on a leash. She is happy to sleep with her people. Cleo is potty trained and she will let you know she needs to go out. We have not had Cleo around small children but she should be fine with middle schoolers and up. Cleo is seeking a fenced yard for playtime and a home where she is an inside dog and part of the family. Cleo would enjoy a friendly, playful canine companion.
