Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brownie AKA Brown Bear is a complete gentleman. Brownie was pulled by our rescue from the Halifax County Animal Shelter by pure luck that he was brought in when we were about to leave. Brownie was so severely affected by an upper respiratory infection that he couldn’t see, could barely breathe, and therefore couldn’t eat. It took many weeks of rehabilitation for Brownie to become more than just fur and bones. When the swelling in his eyes finally subsided, we were able to see that he has the most gorgeous jade green eyes we have ever seen! Brownie is cuddlier than playful and enjoys long naps in the sun on a cozy blanket or bed despite his long hair. The only hiccup we have had with Brownie’s behavior is that he will completely disown you and act like the most pitiful victim you’ve ever seen if you have to give him oral medication. We love Brownie and are so happy he got a second chance at life.
